Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Our only restriction for order quantities is that you have to buy the prisms in full boxes. How many prisms are packed in each box depends on item and size.
Do you have coloured crystals?
Unfortunately we do not carry any coloured crystals.
How long is the lead-time from placing an order to delivery?
If the item ordered is in stock we deliver within one week from receiving your order. If item is sold out the lead-time can be extended from two weeks up to 3-4 months depending on which item you have ordered and quantity.
I have an old chandelier with some broken prisms, how can I find replacements?
We do not sell single prisms for restorations. Have a look at our repair centre site. Here you will find companies all over the world that have listed themselves as repair centres for crystal chandeliers.
My antique chandelier has two broken prisms. Can you cut new prisms on order?
I suggest you try and contact a repair center. Normally you do not manufacture two prisms on order, it is far to expensive, perhaps more than the value of the chandelier. Look at our pages for prisms, you might find a similar model that can be used. Another alternative is to repair the broken prisms. I either case you should never throw the broken originals away. If you want to sell you chandelier in the future the value is higher with authentic broken prisms than with hole new prisms. Especially if your chandelier is more than 100 years old.
I am interested in your prisms, how can I see the prices?
We only sell to companies and not to consumers, which is why we havent published our prices on the net. As a company you can just send an email to info@krebs.se with your companys postal address and we will send you a printed copy of our catalogue.
